By default, our standard delivery is a non-hosted buffet style service (though all our items are priced individually for accounting and production purposes). Our drivers are assigned delivery routes, and deliver each job by setting up the ordered items buffet style, along with serving utensils, linen for the buffet as appropriate, food labels and standard chafing dishes and/or trays to display the food. A pick up window is also required to retrieve our catering equipment once your meeting or event is over.

Yes, for hosted events, VIP chafing dishes are used in lieu of traditional ones, as well as an exclusive collection of platters, boards, food vessels and props, allowing our food creations to shine!
Your Account Executive will work with you to determine the best display options based on space availability, format, colors, theme and other pertinent details; our staff will ensure that the food is beautifully presented, and becomes an extension of your desired message to your guests.

Absolutely! We are one of the elite companies in Northern California with a license to provide FULL LIQUOR service in-situ.
In addition to our bar packages, signature cocktails and a la carte beverages, we provide bartenders and experienced event staff to ensure your event runs smoothly and leaves a positive impression on you and your guests.
Our line of beverages include local beers (San Francisco’s Anchor Steam and Gordon Biersch, and Sierra Nevada), California wines, sodas, full bar, sangria, and full liquor service.

Our signature display is non-hosted buffet service. However, we do provide hosted event services, either for sit-down receptions, strolling receptions, outdoor events and more.
Our experienced staff includes event coordinators, chefs, sous chefs and various kitchen staff positions, servers, licensed bartenders and more! Please note that all staff is required for a minimum of 5 hours, and additional hours apply.
